With a standard pick-up, your driver will wait 30 minutes before leaving the pick-up location. The first 15 minutes are free of charge, only the last 15 minutes will be charged. If you realize that you will be late, simply call us and we will try to find another solution. For airport pick-ups, your driver will wait up to 50 minutes free of charge. In the event of a longer delay, the driver may not be able to wait for you. In this case, we will always try to contact you to find a solution.

Please call us as soon as you realize that you have left something behind. All vehicles are cleaned at the end of the service and all lost items are placed in the lost property container. We will be happy to arrange an appointment with you to return the lost items.
