Important information for participants of the Business Meeting 2026
Our drivers can use special hotel stickers and ID cards to access the guarded AlpenGold and Belvedere Steigenberger hotels. This also allows access to the checkpoint of the Promenade 101 building (The Loft or Migros supermarket). The Hilton Garden Inn and the Kongress Hotel are easily accessible from the Migros underground parking garage. As a rule, guests are picked up by the porter service.
The hotel sticker and driver's pass do not allow access to the Sperrzane or the so-called "Joten Zone". The red zone includes Hertistrasse, the section of the promenade along the Congress Center (which is completely closed to vehicles) and the entrances to the Congress Hotel and the Congress Center Guests require special AA codes to access the red zone
However, the Congress Hotel and the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel are located directly opposite the Migros supermarket, so our chauffeurs can take guests to these locations in the immediate vicinity.
All-ride tickets for chauffeurs and assigned vehicles must be ordered by guests directly through the Forum. It is not possible to apply for or issue these accreditations directly; they can only be requested and obtained by guests.
AA stickers, which are reserved for government officials, grant access to the highest levels, including the hertistralia, and must also be arranged directly by the officials. Only AA and All stickers are also valid for the Davos Heliport.
Access to the Congress Centrum tunnel and the entrance via the Kurpark is only permitted to vehicles and vehicles with an AA or AB sticker. This also applies to the waiting zone at the Kirschner Museum, which is in the immediate vicinity of the Congress Center.

Drivers with hotel badges may only pick up and drop off passengers from/to their hotels, they may not park in front of them and they may not leave their vehicles to go into the hotel and accompany guests to reception or pick them up in the lobby
If the pick-up time has not been clearly agreed with the guest and the guest is not ready in time, the driver may have to leave the hotel area again, which may cause additional time. Guests should therefore be aware of the implications of any delays.
